Appendix A - User Details
Title
Please insert the title of this user (eg - Mr, Ms, Dr, etc).

Name
The First Name and Surname of this user. This cannot be left blank.

Position
The position or job title of this user.

Organisation
The organisation employing this user. This may differ from the Organisation which is the corporate client for e-Bench in such cases as when an energy consultant has been engaged.

Access
The type of access can chosen from the drop-down list. This can only be added or edited by the Primary Contact. A Primary Contact can view and edit all data for the organisation, as well as add/edit/deactivate other Users belonging to your organisation. A General User can add/edit all data for the organisation except for some of that pertaining to other users. An Observer can only view information but not edit anything.

Login name
This is the identifier that each person must use when logging in to e-Bench. This is unique (the application will automatically check this) and must be set by the Primary Contact when adding new Users.

Password
This is the Password that the person uses when logging in to e-Bench. A default is assigned when a new user is added. This default will automatically change 5 business days after the user has been created, unless the user has already changed it.

Address
A physical (courier) address for the user is required.

Email
The full email address for this user is required. Note: Please do not leave this blank, as email will be the medium for important notices such as advising of any planned maintenance shutdowns.

DDI / Extension
The landline number to reach this user (plus extension number if necessary) and the area code are required.

Mobile
The full mobile phone number to reach the person is required.

Fax
The fax number to reach this user and the area code are required.
