Getting Started There is a separate Getting Started document which we make available to newly signed up clients. This describes the initial steps necessary to establish minimal basic records. However, given that increasing efficiency is the fundamental reason for the whole exercise, this can best be seen as the start of an interesting and exciting journey which will be marked by continually learning to improve the accuracy and suitability of the data to be recorded and analysed. We look forward to helping you on this journey to progressively enjoy more of the many worthwhile benefits of e-Bench. As you begin to proceed, you may find it useful to refer to Appendix M of this Users Guide where there is a glossary of most of the italicised terms which have a specially defined meaning in the context of this system.
