Efficiency Summary Graph and Data |
|
This graph and table of data provide an overall view of each Entity's efficiency. The Graph
presents the data shown in the Table. All of the figures listed for a given month are a rolling
twelve-month total - ie the twelve months- total up to and including that month. A value will
only be listed where there is sufficient preceding data.
First choose the appropriate parameters (beginning with the Entity), and then click the Create
Graph button. This brings up a line graph and a table of data.
Parameters:
Entity Name:
Choose from the dropdown list the Entity you wish to check.
Purpose: This displays the Purpose of the Entity you have chosen because all of the
comparative data in the graph and table is drawn only from other Entities in the system which
have the same Purpose.
Indicator:
Choose from the dropdown list the Indicator required ?? eg, per square metre, per
full time equivalent staff member, per occupied bed day etc. This list??s choices will vary
according to the Purpose of the chosen Entity.
Year To: Choose the latest month you require. The graph and table will present data for that
month and the preceding 11 months - ie one year??s worth of data up to and including the
chosen month.
Output:
Entity Efficiency (kWh/Indicator):
This is the Corrected annual energy efficiency with respect
to the chosen Indicator. For example, a figure of 120 kWh per square metre listed for March
2003 means that the Entity consumed Energy at an annual rate of 120 kWh per square metre
for the 12 months to March 2003. Please note that in the Graph, because the vertical axis is
shared by three variables, for suitable scale, the kWh figures are plotted as kWh/10 - ie - one
tenth of the corresponding value listed in the Table.
Sample Average (kWh/Indicator):
This is the Corrected average efficiency of all Entities with
the same Purpose in the Sample, for the same time period. The Sample covers all other like
Entities for which the system is holding comparable data.
Entity CO2 Emissions (kg/Indicator):
This is the Corrected annual CO2e emission efficiency for
the chosen Indicator. For example, a figure of 12 kg per square metre in March 2003 means
that the Entity caused emissions at an annual rate of 12 kg of CO2 per square metre for the
12 months to March 2003.
Sample Average (kg/Indicator):
This is the Corrected average emission efficiency of all
Entities with the same Purpose in the Sample, for the same time period.
Additional Cost vs. Average($): This value shows the estimated additional annual energy cost
the organisation is paying compared with the Sample average. Hence a negative value
represents a saving relative to that average.
