Click on the Efficiency Summary Graph and Data link. Choose from the drop-down lists the required Facility Name and Indicator plus the Year To: date required and click the Create Graph button. View Benchmark Details Click the Quick Tab Status Summary link to obtain that menu page. Click on the Efficiency Details Graph and Data link. Choose from the drop-down lists the required Facility Name, Indicator and Aggregation plus the Year To: date required and click the Create Graph button. View Benchmark Report Click the Quick Tab Status Summary link to obtain that menu page. At the bottom of the page under the Benchmark Reports heading from the drop-down list choose the required Facility and click the Go link. This will bring up the most recent report available for the chosen Facility against a particular indicator. At the bottom of the page are links ('Prev Month and 'Next Indicator [Details]) to scroll to and fro between previous reports and different Indicators.
