Sites Add New Site Point to the Quick Tab Asset Details link and in the drop-down menu click the Sites List link. Click the Add link at the bottom of the list which brings up the Assets ?? New Site Details page. Complete the information fields and click the Save Changes link at the bottom of the page. Close Site Note: Be sure that you actually want to close the Site and not just a Facility, Entity or even just a Record, because the Close Date will be propagated down to all Meters and to all Facilities and subsequent details located there. If you do in fact wish to proceed, point to the Quick Tab Asset Details link and in the drop-down menu click the Sites List link. Click on the [Site Name] that needs to be closed and then tick the box between the headings Close Date and Close Site. On then clicking the Save Changes link, boxes appear for the Close Date to be entered. Edit Site Details Point to the Quick Tab Asset Details link and in the drop-down menu click the Sites List link. Click on the [Site Name] that needs to be edited or first use Search for it as described immediately below. Change the information fields as necessary and click the Save Changes link at the bottom of the page. View Site List Point to the Quick Tab Asset Details link and in the drop-down menu click the Sites List link. If you have a very large number of Sites you can use the Search box at the top to filter by Name or Region. Below the Search box and above the list itself, there is a dark blue block with the Results per Page heading in the upper left hand corner. Just beside the heading, a display setting can be chosen by clicking one of the available numbers between 5 and 100. (Default setting is 20.) Immediately below that, the system shows the range of results displayed out of the total number. On the lower right hand corner of the block, there is scope to scroll between pages or choose a particular page number. View Site Details Point to the Quick Tab Asset Details link and in the drop-down menu click the Sites List link. Click on the [Site Name] to be viewed or first use Search as described immediately above. View Facilities List for a Site Point to the Quick Tab Asset Details link and in the drop-down menu click the Sites List link. Click the Facilities link for the required site. View Meters List for a Site Point to the Quick Tab Asset Details link and in the drop-down menu click the Sites List link. Click the Meters link for the required site. View Energy/Utility Map for a Site Point to the Quick Tab Asset Details link and in the drop-down menu click the Sites List link. Click the Map link for the required site.
