This is a list of all users who can currently access data regarding your organisation. It shows
their name and the level of access they have. Clicking on any [Name] brings up the details of
that user (see [User Name] Details below). At the top of the list there is the Search box
which enables you to select a new list according to the various selection criteria available.
Also the Primary Contact for your organisation will have button links at the bottom of the page
to provide for additional access for a new user or an existing user. Clicking on the first of
these brings up a blank User Details - Add User page where the Primary Contact can then
enter the appropriate information for a new user. The second one provides the means to
search for an existing user with another Organisation, such as an energy consultant, and then
to enable access for that person.
[User Name] Details
There are three types of users - Primary, General, and Observer. Each organisation
has one Primary Contact. This is the person with whom the usage agreement has
been made, who will receive any invoices associated with usage, and is authorised to
approve new users being added to the system.
The General user has access to all
the information for the organisation, and can add, update, or change information as
necessary, and download all reports.
The third category, Observer, is for a user who
can only look at the information and download reports. They are not able to update
or change any data. This level is useful if you want people from outside the
organisation to have access to your information.
General Users can alter their own details. The Primary Contact can alter the various
information fields for the General and Observer Users as well as add new users. In
addition the Primary Contact has a Deactivate link on each details page. This allows
the Primary Contact to remove a User for any reason.
If you have more than one authorised user, at the bottom of the screen there will be
'Prev' and 'Next' links. These allow you to scroll through the details for all active
users authorised to access your organisation's information.
